Shipping Information


We use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier for most domestic US shipments.


Adult Signature Required for delivery:

We require an Adult Signature (21+) in order to protect your order from being stolen.  We will provide you with tracking information ahead of time so that you can make arrangements to receive your order.


FREE Shipping:

We offer FREE continental US ground shipping on most items we sell. There are some exceptions, please see item details for more information. 


Calculated Shipping:

If an item does not include free shipping, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: We can ship to most countries. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Please email us if you want to see if we can ship to you. Each manufacturer has different policies regarding exports. Please ask for shipping quote.

Shipping Damage:

We insure shipments with the carrier as a precaution to protect the buyer from loss or damage to your order.  

If your package has been damaged in shipping, please notify us as soon as possible.  Damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Damage report must be 100% accurate and in detail. Inspection of all parts and pieces contained in your shipment must be made and full report of all damage given and photos provided. 


Shipping Times:

There are occasions when a buyer chooses to pay for expedited shipping like overnight (by 10am, 12pm, or 3pm, or with Saturday Delivery), 2 Day, 3 Day, and the carrier (i.e. UPS or FedEx) does not fulfill their obligations on delivery time, it is the fault of the carrier, we will not cancel the order or accept a return on this shipment, a return or cancellation of this type is still subject to our standard restocking fee - that is if the items were not special order or non-returnable.

We can only control when an item is sent, and the method which it was sent, we make no gaurantees to delivery time.  If the carrier does not deliver on the time guaranteed, you may be entitled to a refund of the transport cost which is a portion of the overall shipping cost, excluding insurance costs, signature service and other fees.
