Exchange & Return Policy
Please note that some items are not returnable and not exchangeable and are final sale.
We hope that all your gear choices with us are happy ones. In the rare event that you want to return an item for a refund, it must be done so within 7 days from date of delivery. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking (rental/use) fee and shipping costs incurred.
We are unable to accept any returns after 7 days after purchase date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you received free or discounted shipping and handling, the shipping and handling will be taken from the return amount. All items must be returned in NEW condition with all original packaging and contents. We reserve the right to refuse any return, based on any signs of use or wear, damage, missing items, damaged boxes or packaging, dust, or smoke smell.
We have provided a list of items that are considered final sale. You can not get a store credit or refund on the following items.
There is a strict no return/no refund/no exchange policy on:
a) Special orders: i.e. built to order, non-stocked inventory, certain dropshipped items, custom cables.
b) Ribbon Mics
c) Personal items: includes headphones, earbuds, body mics, pop filters
d) Used or Demo items
e) Digital Audio Workstation Software & Plug-Ins (all Software)
f) Items purchased with store credit
g) Oversized and Heavy items - Over 30 lbs. - i.e. large speakers, subwoofers, balanced power, consoles, mixers, room treatment
h) International Orders

All demo gear is thoroughly inspected to be in top working order before shipping. All customer who purchase used or demo gear are required to check the gear immediately upon arrival to make sure it is in top working order. In the event that your gear arrives damaged, a shipping damage claim should be made within 24 hours of receipt of the package with the shipping company, contact us for assistance.
In the event that you have purchased a piece of gear that you do not like, you can send it back to us within 14 days for full store credit, minus the original shipping cost (free shipping must be reinbursed). Store credit can only be used as store credit, cash will not be given (see Return policy). Your store credit can be used to purchase another item which would suit your needs. Due to the abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to deny any exchange or return at our sole discretion, this will apply mainly to items that are missing (i.e. cables, manual, etc.) damaged when in the possession of the customer or non-returnable items. If item is returned damaged, it is the discretion of Atlas Pro Audio to refuse the item, or to assess the actual damage fee to be deducted in addition to the rental/return fee deduction. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon reciept and let us know if there is any cosmetic or electronic damage. As the original shipper, we will need to make a claim of damage with the carrier on your behalf. If we aren't notified of damage immediately, the carrier used will not allow a claim.
Store Credit Policy:
To prevent the continual buying and returning items for store credit, we have had to limit our policy so that items purchased with full or partial store credit are not able to be returned or exchanged. Also See Above.
We can not cancel any orders once a credit card has been charged. All returned items are subject to 20% restock fee and shipping and handling costs. Special ordered items are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NON-CANCELABLE.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping and handling, or promotional shipping and handling, you will be required to reinburse us for the shipping and handling you received in addition to the extra shipping and handling from receipient back to us.
Authorized vs. Unauthorized Returns: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To return or exchange and item you will need a valid RA number. There are fees associated with returning an item, buyer is responsible for restock fees, plus the shipping accrued, even if shipping is not invoiced on your receipt. If you received promotional shipping/ free shipping on an item you will be required to reinburse the cost from the amount returned.
We may ask for your photo ID and/or your credit card in order to verify your order. We have to confirm all orders before processing.
