- International Ordering
If you are located outside the United States of America, please contact us via email or contact form to inquire about purchasing equipment. We are happy to assist you. Please note that not all brands or products can be exported, sometimes it is due to the manufacturer's guidelines, sometimes it is due to size, product value, product weight, or other limitations.
We ship to most countries; Canada, Mexico, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia, Russia and many more.
Please contact us regarding the equipment you wish to buy and we will get back to you promptly.
If it is an item we can export, we will provide a shipping quote for you.
We usually use USPS for international shipments. Some countries are limited to a $650 insurance value, while other countries accept higher values of insurable items. We generally use USPS for all shipments under $2500 or less (according to insurable value). For items of higher value, we typically use UPS or FedEx.
Please note that export documents must be accurate, and that duties, taxes, and shipping charges are your responsibility as the importer. Because taxes and duties are charged after they enter the destination country, we usually are never informed of what those fees are, so please check with your customs department first if you are not familiar with what the fees are associated with importing an item.
Most electronic items are preset to US Voltage (115V), if you require 110/220/230/240V please be sure to check the manual, change the voltage, and change the fuses before plugging in any item.
Warranties do not cover international shipping to and from the factory or authorized repair center and all repairs must have proper documentation and RMA numbers. The factory is not responsible for added fees (duties, taxes, shipping cost, etc.) related to repair shipments and repair returns.
