The BOCK 195 is custom built, hand made cardioid patterned, phantom powered, large diaphragm FET microphone. In designing the 195, David Bock set out to create an extreme value in studio mics that could satisfy a wide range of demands for highly experienced engineers that own many more expensive microphones, yet need additional mics within a budget. It delivers superb results on lead vocal tracks as well as in instrument and guitar amp use, providing remarkable fullness and presence with exceptionally low background noise. Microphone comes with wood box and standmount only.

Bock Audio 241

The new BOCK 241 mid-priced vocal tube microphone is being introduced at this year’s NAMM show. BOCK Audio has just introduced the 241 tube condenser mic. The BOCK 241 (MSRP: $3,650.00) updates the performance level of the BOCK 151 microphone, bringing it closer to the capabilities of the BOCK 251. The new BOCK 241 features a high frequency flat or minus switch, dedicated cardioid operation, and outboard inductor based power supply to drive the vintage inspired tube circuitry. The 241 offers a similar look and feel to the BOCK 251 due to a revised body and head grille that better approximates the 251’s cherished sonic cardioid characteristics. The 241 will replace the 151 at exactly the same price point. Starts Shipping Late Jan/Early Feb 2011.
